UET System
Cleanroom environmental monitoring systems
Cleanroom environmental monitoring brings together temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure data from rooms and measurement points. UET System's existing project scope includes engineering that connects field sensors, communications, alarms, user roles and reporting through custom software.
Measurement and integration scope
- Measurement points: define the room list, sensor placement and required measurements.
- Integration: review device variants, analog/Modbus interfaces and existing automation infrastructure.
- Monitoring: define alarm limits, delays, user roles, data logging and reporting requirements.
- Commissioning: agree calibration, test scenarios and acceptance criteria for the project scope.
Selection and commissioning
Intended use in GMP areas is not, by itself, a claim of GMP, ISO 14644 or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Validation, electronic record and audit trail requirements must be separately defined and evidenced. Particle and microbiological monitoring are not presented as existing measurements of these sensors.
